Our residential cleaning service focuses on all things housekeeping. We will clean your home from top to bottom, as well as do some of the additional tasks you might need help with. Whether its organizing your basement of boxes or in-home laundry assistance,

What is standard for a residential clean:
Common areas: dust from top to bottom, clean surfaces, sanitize high traffic items (ie. remotes, doorknobs) refresh pillows + other linens if applicable, put away miscellaneous items, remove debris + dirt from floors, sanitize floors to finish.
Kitchen area: dust from top to bottom, clean surfaces, externally clean appliances, clean sinks, clean stovetop, wipe and refresh pantry if applicable, clean seats, remove debris + dirt from floors, sanitize floors to finish.
Bedroom(s): dust from top to bottom, clean side tables, clean bedside light fixtures, refresh pillows and blankets, replace sheets (optional), reduce clutter, sanitize doorknobs, remove debris, and dirt from floors, sanitize floors to finish.
Bathroom(s): dust from top to bottom, clean sink + shower and toilet, refresh + replace towels (optional), clean door handle, reduce clutter, remove garbage remove debris + dirt from the floor, sanitize floor to finish
To give yourself a general quote, begin by adding the number of bedrooms, full bathrooms and half bathrooms together. Then add in the square footage. This will likely be the cost for cleaning your home. Biweekly & Monthly bookings will receive a discount for advanced scheduling. First time cleans (for recurring clients) will include a deep clean fee to ensure we get your home ready for regular maintenance.

First time cleans (new clients) will be recommended to begin with a deep cleaning before having recurring cleans available for them. This is because we need to ensure maintenance is manageable for homes that take more time.
We can offer pricing adjustments for unique cases as well as regularly scheduled clients. Please contact us to get more information on how we can honour your home care budget and needs. Each home is independently priced by our team.

Are you moving into a new home and want it cleaned for the ultimate fresh start? We got you covered. Let us clean up the cabinets, closets and other hidden spots so you can enjoy the fresh feeling of moving homes. (this service is scheduled to be adjusted in January 2023)

Due to the nature of online and over the phone quotes, we would like to let you know that prices are subject to change until we see your home and understand exactly what we are dealing with. This is why we urge you to please be honest about the cleaning situation. No judgement, we just like to be prepared to do our jobs well.
We also need to see, touch and investigate each room we clean in order to execute an appropriate cleaning plan. Without being in the home and actually doing the work, we don't know how easy or difficult it will be. We reserve the right to deny your service request if the work is unsafe or inaccurate to the request upon arrival.
We will never surprise you with charges as it will always be discussed before we complete the work. Additional charges may include but are not limited too, a deep cleaning fee, an additional service fee or an hourly fee if our time is used up providing additional help such as moving boxes, re-arranging furniture etc. All fees will be discussed before completion.
All additional unplanned cleaning costs will be added to your invoice. Please ask questions if you do not understand the invoice and we would be happy to break it down in greater detail.
